Why we exist
Most AI projects don't fail on technology. They fail on fit.
Businesses are told AI will change everything, then handed a generic chatbot that nobody uses. The problem is rarely the model. It's that the system wasn't designed around real workflows, real data and real people.
Xeffix Technologies was started to close that gap. We're a small, senior team of engineers and operators who build AI agents, chatbots, voice AI and automation for companies in the US, UK and beyond, from teams of five to established enterprises.
We're deliberately practical. We'll recommend a spreadsheet formula over an LLM if that's what solves the problem, and we'll tell you when a project isn't worth doing.

We map how work actually flows before recommending anything. Often the biggest win is a simple integration, not a complex agent.

Every project has a baseline and a target: hours, response time, error rate or revenue. If we can't measure it, we say so.
